Completing the form challenge now starts on the front page of the sa457, where you navigate a very busy page attempting to lead you to the chosen path for assessment.

There is a new form the sa485 if you own your own home.

If you do not get any government support payment then the sa457 is the form for you.

There remain the MOD PC, R and other forms if you have companies and Trusts.

Is the process any easier, NO, it remains complicated and open for error. Unintended  consequence’s remain for seemingly innocent decisions. Seek advice on transitioning to care.
